The FLX6-GT is what you get when the DDJ-FLX4 isn’t quite enough but the DDJ-FLX10 is overkill. Four channels for back-to-back sets, Merge FX for smooth transitions between genres (Hip-Hop into House into Techno without it sounding like surgery), and RGB-illuminated jogs that look the part in a villa booth.

We recommend this over the FLX4 when you’ve got more than one DJ in the group or you know the music’s going to span several genres in one night. RCA-only output — pairs natively with the Bose S1 Pro+ AUX, JBL EON ONE Compact, or any active speaker with RCA in.

When something else is better

  • You need XLR out — this is the honest limitation. Master and booth are both RCA here, which is fine into a battery speaker and awkward into a proper PA over any distance. The DDJ-FLX10 adds XLR out, two mic inputs and dual USB-C so a B2B pair can swap without unplugging.
  • Nobody wants to bring a laptop — the FLX6-GT is USB-bus powered and needs a computer running rekordbox or Serato. The Pioneer XDJ-RX3 is standalone: a USB stick and a 10.1-inch touchscreen, nothing else. The Denon Prime Go+ does the same on battery if the booth is on a boat or a beach.
  • A guest DJ asked for a club layout by name — the Pioneer DDJ-1000 is the four-channel Rekordbox answer most working DJs already know their way around.

Common questions about Pioneer DDJ-FLX6-GT

Do I need to bring a laptop?

Yes — controllers don't have onboard storage. Bring your laptop with rekordbox, Serato, or virtualDJ installed, plus your music library. We don't supply music.

Are DJ headphones included?

No, bring your own. The cables included are USB, power, and RCA out to your speakers. Headphones are a personal-fit thing — most DJs prefer their own.

Can I run this from my phone or iPad?

Most modern Pioneer / AlphaTheta controllers support DJ apps via USB-C — rekordbox mobile, djay, Algoriddim. Check your specific controller and phone model before you book.

What if my friend wants to play too?

Plug your laptop, they bring their laptop, swap USB cables between sets. Or run virtualDJ in collab mode on one machine. The handover takes about 10 seconds.

How does delivery work?

Free pickup from our depot near Split. Doorstep van delivery is priced per zone: €100 in Split, €220 Šibenik, €260 Zadar, €360 Hvar (ferry both ways included), €440 Pag/Zrće, €520 Dubrovnik, €560 Istria. See /zones/ for the full breakdown.

How fast can you deliver?

Same-day in Split if you reserve before 11am. Other zones: 3-5 days lead time so we can route the van efficiently. Last-minute is doable but adds a rush fee.

What if I damage the gear?

Each rental has a refundable damage hold, charged with the rental and refunded once the gear is back and working. We charge actual repair or replacement cost — not flat penalties. Normal wear-and-tear isn't damage.

How do I pay?

Card via Stripe (Apple Pay / Google Pay too) or Revolut payment link. EUR pricing. VAT receipts on request. EU bank transfer available case-by-case for larger bookings — ask when you reserve.
