Short version: we collect the minimum we need to deliver gear to you and process payment.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone (when you book or contact us)
• Event date, location, gear requested
• Payment details (card via Stripe or Revolut — we never see your card number)
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — pageviews + aggregate events, no personal identifiers; client cookie ID only. Server-side events also logged via Cloudflare Pages Functions.
• Ads measurement (Meta Pixel + Conversions API) — only if you accept cookies, Meta's pixel records pageviews and booking-enquiry events in your browser. When you send an enquiry we may also forward Meta a server-side copy of that one event with your email and phone hashed (irreversibly scrambled — Meta can't read them) so we can measure which ads work. Decline cookies and no Meta or Google tracker loads in your browser.

What we don't do

• Sell your data, or share it for marketing beyond the ads-measurement described above (Google, Meta)
• Send you newsletters or promo emails unless you explicitly opt in
• Use trackers beyond what's listed above

Your rights (GDPR)

Email [email protected] if you want a copy of your data, a correction, or a full delete. We respond within 14 days, usually much faster.
