Dubrovnik is further from our Split base than the rest of the coast (about 3.5 hours via the Pelješac bridge), so delivery fees are higher and we generally suggest week-long rentals to make the trip worthwhile.
What people rent in Dubrovnik
Villa weeks. Dubrovnik attracts a slightly older, slightly higher-budget villa crowd than Pag. Cavtat and the Konavle valley have a steady flow of multi-generational family weeks where the “party” is more “music in the evening” than “rave in the pool”. Villa Sundowner fits this perfectly.
Yacht charters from ACI Dubrovnik. ACI Marina Dubrovnik is the southern hub. Yacht Sundowner — delivered to your boat the day of departure.
The serious party. Less common here than in Pag or Hvar, but it happens — milestone birthdays, hen weeks, dedicated party villas. For those, Birthday with the Lights is the answer.
Best months
May, June, September, October are the sweet spots. July and August are bookable but the city is heaving with cruise-ship tourism and getting through it adds another hour to delivery.
Delivery & logistics
We drive the Pelješac bridge (no longer ferry-dependent — the bridge opened in 2022) and aim for early-morning departures from Split. Doorstep delivery is €260 — covers fuel, tolls, and ~14h of driver time round trip. We drop the gear at your villa, 10-minute handover, gone. For one-night rentals to Dubrovnik the fee gets steep — week-long is the value sweet spot.
