About
Renting party gear in Croatia shouldn’t suck.
Most rental shops on the coast still work the old way. You email. You wait. You get a vague quote three days later. Prices change depending on your accent. Half the gear they list isn’t actually available. Tourists get squeezed.
Party Rental Croatia is the opposite. Real prices on the page. Real availability. Pay online with card (Apple Pay / Google Pay too) or a Revolut payment link — whichever’s easiest. We turn up with the gear on the day. You plug it in. You have your event. We come back and collect it.
If we don’t carry what you need we’ll tell you straight. If something cheaper would do the job we’ll point you to it. If your villa host has a noise curfew at 11pm we’ll factor that in. We’d rather flag a problem before you book than refund a confused customer the next morning.
The model
What we are. What we’re not.
We are
- A self-serve, plug-and-play rental — battery speakers, DJ controllers, lighting, smoke, mics, party props.
- Doorstep delivery to villa, yacht marina, Airbnb, beach.
- Online pricing. Online booking. Online payment.
- Honest about what works and what doesn’t. We’d rather you have a better night than the most expensive setup.
- Open Mon–Sun 9am–9pm CET in season (May–Sept). Off-season we’re slower to reply but inquiries don’t go unread.
We’re NOT
- A full-service event company. We are dry hire. We don’t bring a DJ. We don’t bring engineers. We don’t set up a stage.
- The cheapest option in Croatia. We’re premium gear delivered to where you actually are — not city pickup.
- A pyrotechnics company. The "FX" we rent is robust + plug-and-play (haze, strobes, confetti shotguns). For real pyro / cold sparks / venue-grade FX, hire a specialist.
- Available for last-minute. Reserve a few days ahead — it lets us route the van efficiently and saves you €€ on rush delivery.
Dry hire
What that means at the door.
Dry hire is the trade term for renting the equipment without the crew that usually comes attached to it. In practice: we pack your kit at the depot, test it, cable it and label it, then drive it to the address you gave us. At the door we hand it over and show whoever’s responsible how to switch it on. Then we leave. You run the night. At the agreed end time we come back and load it out.
What’s on you: deciding where it stands, finding a socket that works, keeping it dry, and keeping it supervised. What’s on us: gear that works when it leaves the depot, and a van that turns up on the day you booked.
The money side is written down rather than negotiated over email after you’ve paid — deposit split, refundable damage hold, cancellation tiers, collection timing. All of it is on how it works, in numbers, before you commit to anything.
The catalogue
Chosen so you can run it.
Every active item passes one test: can a group with no technician in it get sound out of this thing in ten minutes, at night, a few drinks in? Battery speakers pair over Bluetooth. Controllers run off a USB stick or a laptop. Light bars are sound-active out of the box. That’s a product decision, not a slogan — it’s the reason the gear catalogue and the packages look the way they do.
It’s also why some obvious kit isn’t listed at all. Anything that needs flying, rigging or a sound check gets archived rather than published, because renting it to people with no technician produces a bad night and then an argument about the deposit. If you want the fleet split by what you’re actually after: DJ equipment, PA and speaker systems, or party equipment generally.
Not for everyone
When to hire someone else.
We’d rather lose the booking than take one we’re wrong for. Go to a production company, not us, if:
- Your event needs a person on the mixer all evening — speeches, a band changeover, anything running to a schedule. A wedding can go either way; that page spells out which side yours falls on.
- You need a stage, truss, rigging, or a sound check before doors.
- You need it in four hours in Dubrovnik. Split can sometimes go same-day if you reserve early; every other zone runs a 3-5 day lead so the van can be routed properly.
If that’s your event, email us anyway and we’ll say so plainly rather than take a deposit and hope.
Where we operate
From Pula to Dubrovnik. Reliably.
One depot, near Split. Pickup from it is free — if you’re driving the coast anyway, that’s the cheapest way to rent from us. Otherwise it’s doorstep van delivery to the seven zones below: villa gate, marina, Airbnb, beach.
Delivery is one price per zone, with the tolls, ferry crossings and driver hours already inside the number. Nothing gets added at the door. Split is the short hop; Hvar, Pag, Dubrovnik and Istria are round trips measured in hours, which is why those zones cost more and want a few days’ notice. Each zone page carries its own delivery price, driving time from the depot and the sub-locations it covers.
