How the fee works

Delivery, priced once.

One fee per zone, per booking

The number on each card is the whole delivery cost for that zone — fuel, tolls, ferry tickets and the driver’s hours, there and back. It does not scale with how many boxes you rent and there is no per-kilometre surcharge bolted on afterwards. Hvar at €360 has the Split–Stari Grad car ferry inside it. Dubrovnik at €520 is a Pelješac bridge round trip and roughly fourteen hours of driver time. Istria at €560 is the A1 plus A7 run, about five hours each way.

Or pay nothing and collect it

Pickup from our Split depot is free from every zone. Same gear, you just move it yourself — worth it if you are already driving, and genuinely worth it for Hvar, where the catamaran will carry a speaker and a controller without complaint. Inside the home zone there is a middle tier: €100 doorstep across greater Split, or a €60 city-only van drop. Trogir and Brač each add a bit on top, Brač because of the ferry, and both amounts are on the Split zone page.

How early to ask

Same-day only really happens in Split, and only for standard kit reserved early in the day. Every other zone wants three to five days so the van can be routed properly. From June to September make it two to four weeks — the popular speakers and controllers are spoken for long before the week arrives. Payment, damage holds and collection are set out on how it works.

When the group is spread across islands

One booking is one delivery address, so the question is where the gear physically lives, not where everyone is. Put the kit where the nights are and let the day-trippers travel light. Itineraries that move are normal — a charter collecting in Split and dropping in Dubrovnik is two legs, and you send both on the reserve form so we quote them together. Be honest about short rentals in the far zones, too: one night in Dubrovnik or Istria rarely justifies the drive, a week does. Closer in, Šibenik at €220 and Zadar at €260 are where doorstep delivery stops being a decision.
