Coming up

Croatian festival season.

If you’re flying in for one of these, we’ve got the pre-game villa kit. Tap any festival for the gear guide — what actually rents fast in peak week, delivery logistics, and what €100-300/day buys you.

03 · The process

Three steps. Done.

01

Pick gear & dates

Browse the catalog. See real prices. Pick dates, drop a zone. No quote dance.

02

Pay online

Full pay under €500, 30% deposit otherwise. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Damage deposit charged alongside the rental, refunded after collection.

03

We drop, you plug in

Driver drops the gear at your villa, yacht or Airbnb. Everything's plug-and-play — labelled cables, USB controllers, Bluetooth speakers. Driver comes back at end of rental. You handle the music — or ask us to deliver & set it up for you.

04 · The money

What it actually costs.

A booking is three numbers, and you can see all three before you pay anything. First, the gear: every item in the catalogue and every pre-built package carries its own per-day price on its own page. No quote dance, no price that shifts with your accent.

Second, delivery. One price per zone, set by how far the van drives — €100 to Split, €560 for the long haul to Istria. Tolls, ferry crossings and the driver’s hours are already inside that number, and it doesn’t multiply by how much gear you order. Collect from the depot near Split yourself and delivery costs nothing.

Third, a refundable damage hold, charged alongside the rental and returned once the gear comes back working. If something breaks we charge the actual cost of the repair against it and nothing on top.

Nothing gets added at the door. There is no setup fee because there is nothing to set up: we are dry hire, so the driver hands over cabled, labelled gear, powers it up with you, and leaves. The payment split, the cancellation tiers and the collection timing are written out in numbers on how it works.

05 · The shortlist

Which setup for which party.

Planning something that isn’t one of those four? Tell us the headcount, the venue and the hours and we’ll spec it — or start from DJ equipment rental, which has the deck-by-deck detail.

06 · The inventory

Everything in the van.

Full catalogue →

The three tiles at the top of this page are the popular end of 49 items. Here is the whole fleet by category, with the cheapest per-day price in each — the same numbers the catalogue shows, because both are reading the same file. What is missing from this list we genuinely do not rent: no staging, no rigging, nothing that wants a sound check before doors, and no crew to run it for you. That is the deliberate shape of the business, not a gap in the stock.

07 · The timing

How far ahead.

Two clocks run on every booking and the slower one decides your date. The first is stock. 10 of the 49 items sit in the depot near Split and can move same or next day; the rest are ordered in from our supplier and carry their own lead time — 3 to 7 days, printed on the item itself. Reserving one early gets you the same price as the shelf stock, not a worse one.

The second clock is the van. Collecting from the depot yourself is the fastest route there is, and the only one where same-day is ever realistic. Doorstep delivery up the coast wants three to five days so the route can be built properly, because a run out to Istria is a round trip measured in hours rather than minutes. Asking inside that window is a conversation rather than a checkbox — it carries a rush fee, and the terms sit on how it works alongside the deposit split and the cancellation tiers.

Then there is July and August, when neither clock is the constraint because the popular speakers and controllers are simply already out. Peak weeks around the festival dates go first and go early. A reservation is a request until we have confirmed the specific units are free and the payment has landed — so if your dates are fixed, send them before the gear is, not after. If we are the wrong fit for what you are planning we will say so plainly instead of taking the deposit.
